Okay, 
asked for a second request for a second sniper based mobile suit request. This time it was styled in the fashion of the Federation. This one took about a week, two rough drafts and about three armor swaps for arms and legs. To be honest, I think this one was horribly rushed because my time was consumed with other things lately, but I got it done. Tried to keep to the original specifications as best as I could with a few additions of my own.
